Our mission is to provide quality legal services to people who have been injured in accidents. While that may sound simple, "providing quality legal services" means a lot to us. When we formed Petersen Johnson, we committed to make the sometimes difficult legal process as simple and "human" as possible. 

Dealing with insurance companies can sometimes be frustrating. People can rightly feel their best interests are not always being considered. This is why people hire lawyers. However, people sometimes feel working with lawyers can also be difficult. To us, providing quality legal services means:

We understand most people feel lawyers are not very accommodating. If you are injured in an accident, call during regular business hours, and if we believe we can help you, we commit to get you in front of a lawyer within two hours. You can come to our office or we will come to you.

We understand the biggest complaint people have about law firms is they "never return my phone call". We make every effort to return all phone calls the same day. And while we're not perfect, you'll hear back from us the same day or the next day 90% of the time.

We understand many people can sometimes feel lawyers don't keep them informed during the process. We take extra time when we start your case to explain (verbally and on paper) exactly what the process will be, so you understand what to expect. We also keep you informed as the process unfolds (for example, when additional information is needed or when medical treatments are concluded and we make a demand to the insurance company).

We understand most people feel they can't understand half the words lawyers use. We'll explain things in plain English, or plain Spanish.
